  隨著觀光產業的迅速發展，文化資產結合觀光產業形成一個文化觀光產業。

文化資產視為全體人民共同擁有的資產，人民有權利去了解文化的歷史脈絡和維護文化留下來的資產。文化資產的開放帶來的很高的經濟效益，但是相對之下對於文化本身是否會產生衝擊是此論文研究的目的。

  古蹟如果採封密閉式的參觀方式，許多古蹟的歷史痕跡無法讓人們完整閱讀，如果將文化資產結合觀光產業，人們可以進入歷史時光隧道，進而了解文化資產的核心價值。  但對於文化保存保守的看法，認為人們進入文化資產中，產生許多不可預測的結果。人民在文化資產中扮演著很重要的維護者，另一方面又可能會成為加害者，不當的使用空間，導致文化資產某種程度被破壞。

  在此研究中，探討文化資產觀光化後產生的現象，在英國領事館的研究調查中體現。了解英國領事館的歷史脈絡，建築形式到自然環境，都是文化資產的一部分。觀察文化資產，遊客，商家結合下產生的現象，一一分析文化資產觀光化後的優與劣。

  最後，預期在此研究中，在議題的探討和現況的調查下，整合出文化資產觀光化後值得效法的觀念和提供往後文化資產經濟化前所必須注意的事項，讓文化的傳承可以一代接一代永續下去。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of the tour industry, culture assets combine the tour industry and form a culture tour industry.

  Culture assets regard as all people co-owned assets, people have right go, understand historical train of thought of culture and maintain assets that culture stayed. Culture high economic benefits very that opening of assets bring, can produce, it bludgons to culture into to be purpose that thesis study this under being relative.

  If historic site adopts a airtight formula visit way, the historical traces of a lot of historic sites are unable to let people read completely, if accord with culture assets in the tour industry, people can enter the historical time tunnel, and then understand the key value of culture assets.   But the view on the thing that it is conservative to keep in culture, think people enter in culture assets, produce a lot of unpredictable results. The people are acting very important guardian in culture assets, on the other hand may become persons who are injured, improper using the space, lead to the fact a certain intensity of culture assets is destroyed.

  In this research, probe into culture assets and visit the phenomenon that is melted, produced, reflect in the research investigation of British consulate. Understand the historical trains of thought of British consulate, the form of the building reaches the natural environment, all a part of culture assets. Observe culture assets, visitors, the trade company combines the phenomenon produced, the ones that analyze after culture assets are visited and melted are excellent and bad one by one.

  Finally, it is expected in this research, the discussion in the topic and under the investigation of present situation, combine, offer culture assets visit, worth idea that follow and offer culture assets item must noticed before the economy later on take, enable the passing on of culture to meet a generation and go down continuously forever with generation.
